Engineered in seamless symbiosis with our “Duel” power amplifiers, the all-tube “Défi” preamplifier reflects the identical standard of rigorous French craftsmanship.
It features an outboard dual-mono power supply where AC rectification is entrusted to full-wave, dual-plate vacuum valves, providing entirely dedicated power reservoirs for each channel. In a second isolated enclosure, pure pentodes govern the signal path alongside premium low-noise components—making the “Défi” the definitive match for “Duel” amplifiers or any reference-grade power stage.
Born of continuous innovation and rigorous technological research, the DÉFI preamplifier is a high-precision instrument delivering unmatched musicality.
Delivered standard in an all-black finish; custom bespoke colorways available on request.
